  : it was close to where we needed to be
  : the rooms were freezing cold no heat on at all prior to arrival. garbage in room upon arrival and had to switch rooms due to a door dying after we got it.

  : Unsafe. Window locks were broken. Then they had to put me in another room which was a smoking room. I am not a smoker.The entire experience was awful.

  : Nice clean room in an newly renovated hotel.Close to everything in town.
  : Very intrusive housekeeping staff, repeated trying to enter room even with do not disturb signs clearly posted. The staff tried to enter without knocking. The only thing that kept them out was the metal door lock prop. Clearly I was inside the room.

  : The beds were ok and pillows amazing. Absolutely amazing pillows.
  : The staff was rude. She actually turned away a family with a service dog. She was also condicending to my son when she caught a wiff of his cigarette. Telling him there's no smoking in a very rude manner.

  : Upon arrival when we checked into our room, the bed was unmade and the room was not ready for a guest. They quickly took care of the issue & moved us to an upgrade of a suite room.
  : We did have a banging noise coming from a loose gutter on the side of the building. We were informed that they had recently received a wind storm and were aware of the issue. Their breakfast was lacking in choices.
